Keiretsu is a Japanese term for a set of organizations with interlocking business relationships. Merlindus seeks to build this Keiretsu amongst Indian technology companies and customers in Asia .

There are a number of mid sized Software Organizations in India which provide software Products and Services of high quality at low cost. Many of these Services can be bundled to enable customers to obtain their requirements under a "Single Window" concept. Most of the Software Organizations have challenges in selling their Services because of inadequate corporate relationships that will enable an early consummation of a sales cycle. The founders of Merlindus have extensive relationships around the world that can be leveraged to help sell these Products and Services.

Currently Merlindus has partnered with four organizations with appetite for more.

Changepond's Enterprise Software Solutions and Services business focuses on Application Development, Management and Integration, Business Intelligence and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) related services. Its Mechanical Engineering Services provide a wide range of engineering services from conceptual design to virtual manufacturability solutions.

Karishma provides solutions for the Healthcare industry and has successfully launched Jeeva, an online hospital administration product and Sanjeeva, a tele-medicine product.

Sheorey is a company focused on offering comprehensive InfoTech and Multimedia solutions for Computer-Based-Training and Process Automation applications to niche industry sectors including airlines and defence.

SRA Systems's software services' business focuses on custom software development, software maintenance and re-engineering and development and has also developed products and frameworks in document, work flow and knowledge management.
